After reading this article’s headline, you may be thinking, “Red Hot… bad pun.” But it’s not a pun. The Cypress™ gas stove by Avalon literally is red. As in, the color red.
This fall, the Cypress is available in two limited-edition powder coat finishes: Candy Apple Red and Stone Harbor grey. (For traditionalists, it also comes in black.)
The Cypress features sleek, clean lines and a massive 745 square inches of ceramic fire-viewing glass. The open, three-sided design allows you to view the realistic log set and dancing flames from every angle.
The downward pointing accent light highlights the logs from a top view and makes the flames appear even more radiant.
Heats up to 2,000 sq. ft.
Of course, heating is the main consideration for any gas stove, and the Cypress produces up to 40,000 BTUs and heats up to 2,000 square feet.
We love the “green” nature of the Cypress; it incorporates the revolutionary GreenSmart™ IPI gas control system and two-stage Dancing-Fyre™ burner to give you an exceptional energy-efficient turndown ratio of 70% on natural gas and 82% on propane.
